Reflecting the shape of the stupa (the top of a pagoda) this traditional vessel is used for presenting food to the monastery. A large bowl set atop a wide circular foot, the top combines graceful curves rising to a spire that reduces in size as it soars. At once exotic and elegant this piece is a sophisticated statement piece, finding a position of distinction on a sofa table, entry table, or shelf.
